Kim Valentine

Kim’s mission is to help you become a better, healthier mover. Comprehensively certified in STOTT Pilates®, Kim has spent hundreds of hours on the Pilates equipment and seven years of experience teaching group fitness.

Kim is known for her clear instruction and thoughtful programming with a deep understanding of anatomy, offering cues that make class available to all levels. It is her passion to bring you a marriage of safe yet challenging movement. You’ll be challenged through sequences from the traditional Mat Pilates repertoire and movement patterns found on the Pilates equipment. Every class is a fully integrated workout, offering efficient breathing techniques, functional movement patterns, and optimal muscle firing patterns. The music and material are always in sync, and progress seamlessly throughout class. To take Kim’s class is to know that you will hear the ‘why’ behind each exercise, and will walk away having learned more about your body.
