Community Care Sunday: Parent Support Circle
Parent Support Circle: Nurturing Early Parenthood
This group is a nurturing space for expectant parents, families with newborns, and those navigating the postpartum phase. Together, we'll create space for open dialogue, shared experiences, supportive connection and meaningful community.
Parenthood is transformative, yet it can also be one of the most challenging —and sometimes isolating— experiences. This circle is a space to explore the joys, struggles, and everything in between with others who are navigating a similar journey. Whether you’re preparing to welcome a little one, adjusting to life with a newborn, or embracing the postpartum experience, this is your space to be seen, supported, and held.
Come solo or bring your little one—either way, you’ll have the chance to meet and make meaningful connections with fellow parents. We'll gather on the 4th Sunday of each month.
This is a free community group.

Girl on Fire
Celebrate International Woman's Month with this very special pulse class taught by Amy Leydon. Girl on Fire is designed to uplift and empower our feminine energy through music and movement.
Pulse combines the mindfulness of a yoga class with the power of a fitness class. We will explore asana based strength interspersed with cardio rounds and kriyas. It is a cathartic experience that will ease you out of your comfort zone. It is physically challenging and musically driven.
Suggested Donation: $25
All proceeds will benefit the Massachusetts chapter of Planned Parenthood.

Reiki Level Two Training
Reiki Level II is the second phase in the path of Reiki healing and the continued development of your spiritual connection.
In this training, students will receive their Second Degree Attunement, further opening energy channels to allow for deeper access to Reiki energy. You will be introduced to the sacred Reiki symbols which teach and empower you as a practitioner to perform distance healing, support emotional and mental well-being, and utilize other advanced ways of working with energy.
Students must have completed Reiki Level I Training with Shannon or another Usui Master Teacher practitioner.

Shoulder Clinic
Build strength and sustainability for your shoulders as you move across the yoga mat. We’ll review the essential actions of the shoulder joint, and how to position the arm bone in your favorite asana so that you can best access comfort and stability from pose to pose. Better understand concepts like internal/ external rotation and flexion/extension of the shoulder joint. Recognize recurring alignment themes in asanas like Down Dog, Handstand, and Extended Side Angle.
This two-hour workshop begins with a slow warm-up period and an overview of relevant anatomy. Expect to explore overhead reaching shapes like Extended Mountain, Side Angle, Down Dog, and Handstand (or Handstand prep); investigate behind-the-back postures like Locust, Yoga Mudra, and some binds. Get personalized feedback and hands-on support as you revisit common asana through a new lens of understanding.

A New Bloom: A Spring Equinox Celebration
We are transitioning into the season of new blooms as well as the astrological new year. The Spring Equinox represents equilibrium and harmony. We are shifting from the introspective energy of winter to the vibrant renewal of spring. This is a time of rebirth, growth, awakening and the beginning of new life. It is a time to reflect on and acknowledge the cyclical nature of our lives, embrace the energy of change, and align our efforts towards personal and collective transformation.
Join Yera as we celebrate this powerful shift. Together we'll sit in circle, move through yin and restorative postures, explore breathwork and close our practice with sound. The intention is to nourish the potency of this moment and nurture our ability to actualize our hearts' wildest dreams.

OVERHEAD, INTO HEART: Stability & space with the arms overhead
Armed with plenty of props and skills we'll aim in the direction of king pigeon pose (eka pada rajakapotasana) and forearm stand (pincha mayurasana) - two poses with the arms overhead. We will pair stabilizing the body with mobility to move into the steadiness of "center” (heart). Shoulders, back ribs, core and hamstrings will be part of this journey, integrating the whole body and empowering your inversions and backbends.
Expect a blend of vinyasa flow, drills, and discussion, all presented with precision and warmth. It's inevitable that Sandy will weave in spiritual teachings from yoga. You do not need to be able to do forearm stand or king pigeon - wherever you are at we'll be mapping the path forward, though participants should have an established yoga practice and be able to bear weight in the shoulders pain-free.
This workshop is limited to 20 people.

Yin & Restorative Sound Bath
Join Lynne for an immersion of deep rest, release and the healing vibrations of a Sound Bath.
Yin and Restorative Yoga practices are an opportunity to connect with the more quiet, lunar side of ourselves. It is common to chase life around and to be as busy as we can be while we leave ourselves feeling depleted and disconnected. In this workshop we will refill our reserves as we take time to set up each pose and then will marinate in each pose for about 3 to 5 minutes.
During each pose Lynne will play the Sound Bowls - the bowls will work to release energetic and physical holding throughout the entire body. You can think of the Sound Bath as a deeply guided meditation where the sound of the bowls brings you inside of yourself. And you find yourself at home and at ease with "the support" of the bowls. Class will end with an extended Savasana Sound Bath.

Sound Bath + Aromatics Ceremony
Lynne is back!
Join Lynne for a special ceremony to restore the physical and energetic body and encourage an opening to deeper spiritual connection through sound and other sensory organs. Instruments will include sound bowls, chimes, plants and recorded music. The Sound Bath is received in a reclining position - supported by props for maximum comfort and rest. At the start we will work with guided breath and the end of the Sound Bath will include a silent meditation to receive and connect to the potent space that the Sound Bath creates.
We will work with plants (sage, copal, sandalwood and others) in their resin, dried wood and dried form around the room. The experience will include many layers of sensory immersion - sound and smell - layer upon layer.

The goal of this workshop is for you to walk away with a stronger understanding of Pilates and improved body awareness. Whether you are eager to dip your toes in or have been practicing Pilates for a while, this class is an opportunity to go back to basics, making it appropriate for all levels.

Chaturanga Clinic
Time to tune up your Chaturanga Dandasana! The Chaturanga (or “yoga pushup”) is one of the most common postures in vinyasa-style classes. Get the tools you need to build a Chaturanga that feels strong and sustainable for the lifetime of your practice. We’ll review frequent roadblocks and pain points, and how to break away from common compensations (like the droopy pelvis, duck tail, or the dreaded S-spine). If you feel like your wrists or arms or shoulders aren’t strong enough for Chaturanga, we’ll explore ways to position the skeleton and engage the supporting muscles to connect to the strength you already have.
This two-hour workshop includes a slow warm-up period, an overview of essential mechanics and breath support, and gradually builds up to repetitions of the full Chaturanga pose, its variations, and the “jump-back” motion. Participants will be offered hands-on support and personalized feedback throughout. The workshop will close with some restorative shapes and a resting period.
