Amanda Hanofee

Amanda’s lifelong passion for movement and creativity has taken her from years of playing sports, dancing and competitive running, to a deep appreciation and love of Pilates based movement.

Now, as a certified Pilates Mat and Barre instructor and Postpartum Exercise Specialist, she is deeply motivated and passionate about movement as a body AND mind exercise. And as a mom of two, she believes movement should be accessible for all during different seasons of their lives. Her classes are uniquely motivating, accessible and uplifting, fusing traditional movements with fun and challenging variations and low impact cardio.
